Quick Filer was a feature released with Cabinet in SAFE version 10.3 that simplifies the drag-and-drop filing process in Cabinet SAFE. Using this method, documents are filed to the drag-and-drop location in SAFE with their original file name. At any time, users can choose to return to the traditional filing window by simply clicking the "Advanced" button in the Quick Filer window. Follow these steps to enable Quick Filer in Cabinet SAFE.
1. Click "Options" from the SAFE Toolbar. The Options menu will appear.
2. Under the "Client" options, click the "Filer" tab.
3. Check the "Enable Quick Filer" box.
Additionally, you have the option to "Enable Quick Filer: Tab Select." With this setting enabled, the Quick Filer window will include a dropdown list of the tabs for the user to manually select when filing a document.
