Creating Custom Categories and Statuses for Scheduler

Issue: 

I am adding a document to Scheduler, but the "Intial Status" and "Category" menus are empty. How do I add a status and category to my scheduled item? 

Solution:

The "Status" and "Category" labels are fully customizable, and must be setup in Cabinet Management. Use the following steps to define custom statuses and categories in Managment.

 

Category Setup

1. Login to Managment as an administrator.

2. From the left of the window, select "Settings" from the "System" menu.

3. Select the "Options" tab.

4. Select the "Categories" subtab.

5. To add a new category, click "Add". The "Category Edit" window will appear.

6. Input a category title and click "Save".

7. Click "Save". 

 

Status Setup

1. Login to Managment as an administrator.

2. From the left of the window, select "Settings" from the "System" menu.

3. Select the "Options" tab.

4. Select the "Custom Status" subtab.

5. To add a new status, click "Add". The "Status Edit" window will appear. 

6. Input a status title and click "Save".

7. Click "Save".
